Replanning the raclette before the winter is gone.
We will be in a potluck mode for the food. We need:
- Potatoes
- Delicatessen
- …
Some creative variations exist in raclette.
CSE and organizers will take care of the cheese and machine. Please confirm if you join and let us know how you could help.
We suggest between:
- 300 g of Delicatessen (better know here as Charcuterie)
- 1 kg of potatoes (cooked)
